As a Member of the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising, Justin is described by The Sun as an ‘advertising guru’ – at least that’s what the picture caption said! – and is one of the founder members of Skin Communications.

Ian is a highly experienced and commercially driven media and communications professional who has worked with both network and independent agencies at the most senior level. He is also a Member of the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising.
Ian retains a real passion for the industry and is highly focussed on helping his clients grow and build their businesses.
Outside of work you will find him spending quality time with his family, playing golf (badly) or watching his beloved Norwich City (well, you can’t have everything).

Alex helps businesses deliver their marketing objectives – drawing on her extensive experience of working across website creation, e-commerce sites, podcast launches and digital campaigns, to traditional design and print including promotional literature and annual reports.
Away from the office, she loves to play tennis – both competitively and socially and also helps promote the annual Douglas & Gordon Tennis Tournament in Battersea Park which continues to raise significant sums for The Bob Champion Cancer Trust and their vital research into prostate cancer.

Gary brings a wealth of experience, having previously worked at a senior level across a number of full service agencies and is owner operator of GSL Performance, running a highly successful sales accelerator growth programme.
As Client Development Director at Skin, Gary provides forward thinking ambitious brands access to Skin’s products and services to deliver real business solutions within the marketing communications landscape.
Gary is a keen sportsman, cycling, tennis, golf (fore!) to name a few, but as an avid Manchester United fan he still clings on to ‘Fergie time’, which these days is needed more than ever!
