London Art Fair enjoyed a successful return to the capital from 18th–22nd January with a strong attendance of buyers and collectors ready to invest in Modern and Contemporary art from over 100 leading exhibiting galleries from around the world, representing Belgium, Canada, France, Iceland, Ireland, The Netherlands, Poland, Sweden and the UK.

The Fair maintained a strong market position, with a high attendance of nearly 24,000 visitors across the week signalling a healthy return to pre-pandemic numbers. Galleries at all levels of the market saw good sales across the week – both in the Main Fair and London Art Fair specially curated sections, Encounters and Platform which again provoked discussion and drew new buyers looking for the best international contemporary art.

“Working with the team at Skin Comms has been an absolute pleasure,” said Rebecca Stanton, Marketing Manager. “Their media buying expertise and attention to detail led to a client relationship which exceeds expectations. We recently worked with Skin Comms on the London Art Fair 2023 event marketing campaign, and the results were outstanding. The combination of digital and traditional outdoor placements gave us great cut-through and reduced overshow, and it really helped us reach our target audience in a meaningful and cost-effective way. Their ability to understand our goals and target audience has resulted in a highly effective, well-considered campaign, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results.

“Their knowledge of the industry is unmatched and their passion for success is evident in everything they do. The increased brand recognition and attendance at the Fair was a direct result of the strategic media buys and creative ad placements by Skin Comms and how they complimented the wider marketing campaign mix. The team at Skin Comms truly went above and beyond to make sure that we were completely satisfied, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I would highly recommend their services to any business looking to take their marketing to the next level.”
